<p>Ingredients:</p>

<li>1Cup Miracle Whip or Mayo&#8230; whichever you keep in the fridge.</li>
<li>1/4 cup vinegar (any kind, Balsamic has sugar in it &#8211; just an FYI)</li>
<li>1/3 cup Splenda</li>
<li>1/2 Cup whole milk</li>
<li>2 Tblsp poppy seeds</li>

<p>How To:</p>
<ol>
<li>Mix It Up. Stick in the fridge for at least 2 hours. (Or just use it if your in a rush)</li>
<li>Now that&#8217;s easy.</li>
</ol>
<p>My suggestion for how to use it &#8211; Salad made of spinach tossed with red onions,  grilled chicken, little bit o&#8217; bacon, strawberries,  and sprinkled with sunflower seeds&#8230; Yum!</p>
