I know I have said it before, and I will say it many, many times again… I absolutely LOVE these amazing, beautiful, smart, passionate Houston women I am honored to call friends and have lunch with now and then!
An amazing Tip to Soaring came up the other day from Dr.Ding who talked about firing her boss…
Ding: Oh, I had to fire my boss.
Tracy: Wait… what?
Ding: Yeah, I had to fire that one… I got a new one.
JJ: So, you quit?
Ding: No, I fired my boss and went a found new one.
All: What?
Ding: You know… the interview is just as much interviewing them as it is them interviewing you. I am just at a place in my life where the same is true of the job…

And though I don't have a boss these days – I am really chewing on the notion of what it would be like to fire really difficult and/or down right mean clients… just another step to living a life of courage and faith.
